Time to get the blood flowing

After solving some problem at work that was bugging me all weekend, I needed to get up and get the blood flowing.  As my schedule fills up more often in the evenings, I may opt for doing this again.  What I did was eat my sandwich at my desk while working, then at 2:00, hit the company gym.  I had the whole place to myself.  I got my workout in and won’t have to do it after work, leaving me to get out of the office earlier.
